In 2020, EASC and their consultant team, supported by partners throughout the county, developed an inventory of key sites to support large employers and developments, and provideda detailed review of utility access and site readiness. This interactive data map showcases the results of that study and allows economic development partners and site selectors to readily access the sites, alongside key community economic and demographic data.
Public users can leverage this application to foster economic development to selected employment lands in Clark County, and use it as a resource for policy and infrastructure investment decision-making.
To access site details and parcel level ownership information, users will need to be logged in, orcontact an EASC partner.
To see summaries of employment lands information and community data for a specific area:
- Use the toolbar on the left to search and select a city, zip code or location, or select a custom area with the map drawing tools.
- View summaries in each tab on the Information Panel
To see the site details, click on the site, and basic information about the site will display in a pop-up. Complete site details can be shown to logged-in users by clicking on the detail button inthe pop-up. To see economic and demographic information for the immediate surrounding areasfor a site, use the tools on the popup to select radius, drive-time or walk-time.
